Error description
User has an EGL #sql statement which puts the current time stamp into a host varaible. The generated cobol only updates a temporary variable, and the t arget host variable is unchanged. Same problem happens with retrieving count(*).
Local fix
Problem summary
For the sql execute statement, the cobol generator was not honoring the output variables, which would be used by the select statement, such as current date, current timestamp, or count(*)
Problem conclusion
Software updated. Fixtest available.
