Error description
User generated an egl cobol program from the ide and eglsdk. Even if the logic of the program appears to be the same, the gen erated cobol have code and declarations in different order, whic h is not acceptable by the user.
Local fix
Problem summary
The difference is because the order of the top level functions in the program is different when generated in SDK and the IDE. This difference stems from the basic functioning to the 2 compilers.
Problem conclusion
To fix this, I have added code to force the top level functions to be reordered based on their signature. This will ensure the same order in IDE and SDK.
