Error description

  With Rhapsody 7.1 once a Build (Make) was started the output
  window (Log tab) was updated independent of the features window.
  This allowed a user to continue working in the features (e.g.
  adding comments to code or modifying code, etc.) while the Build
  was progressing.
  Now with Rhapsody 7.3 during the Build each time the output
  window (Log tab or Build tab) is updated the output window
  becomes the active window and the features window is no longer
  active. The result is a work interruption while the user waits
  for the build to complete.
  Customer wants development to work this as a bug and not
  enhancement request as it used to work properly before v7.3MR1.
