The customer scenario has multiple concurrent users running TUI application on CICS using segmented converse. The customer found that a large number of TSQ are being written, each of 20K bytes, and this causes a problem as the resource is exhausted.

Problem summary
A ssm delete of the storage was not being done after the refresh.

Software updated. Fixtest available.
