When editing an inherited state machine the ClearCase adapter re quests to check out the generalized Capsule, but indeed makes no changes to it.

Problem summary
Unnecessary secondary edit when editing inherited state machine
Problem conclusion
Fixed in release RSx 753. The solution is override the corresponding methods in commands related to state machine editing and re-implement them taking the redefinition context into account.
