Error description

  • In debugging a program with no DL/I access using the DL/I debugg
er, you have to add a @DLI property along with the PSB. That, is
 to be applied to the main program, that is the one calling the
program you're debugging.

But then, you'll receive a NullPointerException stepping over a
DL/I call that has a segment with no key specified. And, there i
s no requirement that a segment has a key.
