This seems to occur when the DOORS requirement becomes a child
requirement
(but not a macro-requirement). Coverage link was created to the
parent requirement.

GW mentionns about partial coverage in the message window, but
then the
Management View indicates 0% coverage

Also, no macro-requirement was specified but message indicates
partial
coverage?
