  Description of problem:
  
  
  Hebrew is not properly handled when an EGL JSF page calls a prog
  ram on System i:
  - either value passed to the program is not correct
  - or value returned by the program is not correctly displayed on
   the EGL JSF page.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Customer has most of his UI assuming Logical RTL bidi data
  format
  The reason is that a) VidiType=visual property was not
  available on th erecord level b) Visual mode of operation
  would require customer to specify explicitely
  BidiType=Visual property for each record
  Jt400 toolbox was modified in order to support this
  configuration
  That allowed correct processing of bidi data in most
  situations, but in exceptional cases ( LTR input fields,
  call to remote program) bidi conversion based on
  SysLib.ConvertBidi () was required.
  Unfortunately this function did not work in Web project
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix was provided in the code that allowed:
  a) specify bidiType=visual for record
  b) correct processing of SysLib.ConvertBidi() in a Web
  projects
  
  Nevertheless recommended solution would be to provide single
  property (on the project level) that allows visual input
