Error description

• Poor rendering performance when referencing an element in a
  sitearea or content item from an element tag with the dynamic
  library notation (./itemName).
  
  For example:

  key="elementName"/>

  name="./siteareaName" key="elementName"/>
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• This notation requires dynamic lookup of the library as well as
  recursive lookup for the item referenced by itemName.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new notation has been introduced for improved rendering
  performance of the element tag using dynamic library notation.
  This notation allows the use of a path to reference an item
  directly thereby removing the recursive lookup for the item
  referenced by itemName.
  
  For example:
