• Problem: In the ReqPro Install Guide for 7.1, it incorrectly lis
  ts that the Reqpro services can be restarted using the rwp_start
  up.bat, rwp_restart.bat, and rwp_shutdown.bat.
  
  These files are no longer provided with ReqPro 7.1
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The Rational(R) RequisitePro(R) Installation and Upgrade
  Guide v7.1 included references to outdated batch file
  commands for stopping, starting and restarting the Rational
  Web Platform (RWP).
  

Problem conclusion

• The revised content includes information on stopping and
  starting the RWP service for RequisiteWeb, using commands in
