PK81688: Missing underscore in EGL Data Access App in RBD 7.5.x

Error description

• The underscore in SQL column was removed when generating SQL rec
  ords and functions using EGL Data Access Application even specif
  ied 'Do not change underscore' (the default value) in EGL prefer
  ence.
  
  This funcationality been approved since RBD 7.1.0.1. But tests a
  gainst RBD 7.1, 7.1.0.2, 7.5, 7.5.1 shown that only 7.1.0.2 keep
   the undetscore succsssfully.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The data item names built by the Data Access Application
  wizard were not honoring the "Do not remove underscores" SQL
  preference.  Although they were originally built based on
  the preference, the names were inadvertantly altered further
  down in the code by RAD 7.5 refactoring code that invoked a
  BasicSplitter class, which removed underscores.
  
  The 7.1.0.x code works correctly.  V7.5, V7.5.1, and
  V7.5.1.1 are not right.  I have sent a fixtest for V7.5.1 as
  requested.  I am also making this change to the next
  fixpack, V7.5.1.2.
  

Problem conclusion

• - Created SQL column containing underscores.
  - Set the "Do not remove underscores" SQL preference.
  - Changed code that called the BasicSplitter to avoid
  calling it once the data item has a valid name.
  - Fixed code to update local SQL preferences flags before
  they are checked.
  - Ran the Data Access Application wizard.  Data item name
  now contains underscores.
