Error description

  • Customer Issue:
    
    When exporting views to a CSV file field that are populated with
     a decimal including a ' 0' i.e..(1.0 or 1.1.10) the decmial pla
    ces are not shown correctly.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • When exporting views to a CSV file, if values included a
    decimal and a zero, such as 1.0 or 1.1.10,  the decmial
    places were not shown correctly.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The problem was caused by data handling in Microsoft(R)
    Excel(R). The resolved esclation RATLC01478617 provides
    possible fixes for the problem.
