  and unchecking the 'Direct links only' option from  the 'Query R
  equirement' window, indirect traceability links are not shown.

• The product is working as designed, but some instructions
  should be provided to the user:
  
  In order to see the indirect relationships, the user needs
  to enable the "Show Indirect" option which is under the
  View-?Properties submenu.  When this option is disabled, the
  legend "Relationships: -direct only" will appear in the
  upper left corner of the view, on the other hand, if it is
  enabled, the legend will be "Relationships: -all displayed".
  This option is disabled by default.
  
  RequisitePro provides a means for saving the current
  selected properties as default if the user wants that option
  to be enabled by default in every Traceability Matrix he
  works on. To do that, the user needs to select the "Save As
  Default" option under the View-?Properties submenu.
