Error description

• After applying PK77054 (which is apart of cummulative fixpack 9)
  the path component tag will no longer create fully qualified
  URLS when rendering through the remote rendering portlet.

Problem summary

• After installing PK77054 remote rendering URLs are not fully
  qualified even with the option selected in the portlet
  If using the remote rendering portlet with the Fully qualify
  URLs generated by Web Content Management Server option selected
  some URLs may no longer include the server base.  PK77054
  modified code that other tags relied on such as the pathCmpnt
  tag thus changing the behavior of the tag.
  

Problem conclusion

• The changes made by pk77054 modified code that other areas of
  the WCM rely on when the Fully qualify URLs generated by Web
  Content Management Server option is selected.
  The changes that caused this adverse behavior were reversed and
  the WCM init tag code was updated to ensure the rendering
  context is setup correctly.  The  code has been updated, so if
  you use the init tag to set up a rendering context the correct
  values are returned when getting webapppath and servlet path .
  For example, the getWcmServletPath() method previously returned
  the context and servlet path.  Now only the servlet path is
  returned.
