APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If two or more functions with the same name, but with different
parameters, are declared in a Library and these are called from
an EGL program, EGL will invoke the first one defined despite th
e parameters not matching. This can cause an OC4 abend.

Problem summary

  • If an EGL library had 2 or more functions with the same
name, and same argument types, then the first function was

NOTE: for this fixtest to work, the user must regenerate
both the EGL program that calls the library and the EGL
    library itself.
