Web Transaction that contains recurive egl function abends with ELAX 9973, when trying to converse a UI record. The problem happ ens when trying to run the MRSHLO (marshall-out) function needed for the converse.
Local fix
Problem summary
When a webtransaction under cics has a recursive routine that also uses the EZECSO-GWS-OUT-BLOCK control block, the addressability of that control block is lost, due to the CALL statement instead of the PERFORM. This causes an abend in the application.
Problem conclusion
Software updated. Fixtest EGLFixtest200901202228 is available for 7102 systems
