In Rational Business Developer 7.1.0.2, when moving text fields containing non-numeric data to zoned fields, an exception is being thrown. Zeros should be moved to the zoned field instead.

Problem summary
When the build descriptor for spacesZero is off, if a text field does not contain any valid digits (such as blanks or low-values), then an exception was thrown instead of moving a 0 into the num or numc field.
