  Description.
  When debugging an EGL Web transaction the sysVar.userID as defin
  ed in the RBD preferences -?EGL-? Debug options is not picked up
   correctly by the debugging mechanism
  
  In the variable value output the userId debug parameter that is
  set in the preferences should be applied but the debugger instea
  d picks up the applicable value from the application so the User
  ID setting is ignored.
  
  
  I've can reproduce although in my tests other the UserID and Ses
  sionID preference settings are ignored by the EGL debugger.
  
  To reproduce
  a) Create a basic EGL transaction web project and set the UserID
   in preferences
  b) deploy the EGLWebStartup in debug mode to a WTE 6.1 .
  c) The jsp will be displayed and when selecting the applicable s
  ervlet the debugger will not show the UserID value in variable v
  iew set in the Debug options
  d) Implementing the same operation with a basic EGL non web proj
  ect and the debug will output the correct userID value.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The web transaction runtime was changed the value of
  sysvar.userID to the transaction's id, like it does in Java
  web transactions. This was overriding the value set in
  preferences.
  

Problem conclusion

• The web transaction runtime no longer overrides the debug
  preference's value when running in debug mode.
