Step to reproduce: 1- Launching the ReqPro's Lanunchpad.exe (IBM installtion manage r) 2- The first wizarf page appears. 3- There are URL links for the [Readme][Installation Guide]. Cli ck it. 4- Browser gets a error [404 File not found].
