• Local Fix
  Invaidating/refreshing the cache and opening the portlet
  resolves the issue
  

Problem summary

• PZN is getting QueryException when WCM content from a cached
  rule result is deleted.  When the WCM content is deleted prior
  to PZN's cache expiring the exception is thrown.
  

Problem conclusion

• Access checks are done when PZN returns results from a query,
  even that which is cached.  The error is thrown because the
  access can no longer be checked for deleted content.
  
  Modified code to recognize this unique error and rerun rule.
