APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Authoring performance can be improved.
  1) The contains method was not checking the local cache so it
  was doing a database lookup each time.
  2) The rendering of image components HTML was going to the JCR
  for a security check. This can be done directly against PAC.
  3) The preview button was doing complex calculations just to
  determine whether it should be enabled.
  

Local fix

• 1) fixed by making contains look in the cache first (backport
  from 6.1).
  2) fixed by making removing the db call and calling PAC
  directly.
  3) fixed by removing the complex check and just checking if the
  item is not new (backport from 6.1)
