Problem summary


    

  • Characters that are not ASCII must be encoded in URLs. The
Web Services Explorer was not encoding URLs before trying to
connect to them, which was causing it to be unable to load
the WSDL

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The Web Services Explorer has been fixed so that it first
encodes URLs before trying to connect to them.

Fix delivered in Rational Application Developer v7.5.2
