WCM Remote Rendering portlets loses Session cookie when in an ODR environment
Local fix
Problem summary
In an ODR env. If a subsequent set-cookie header is received, all previous cookies are lost.
Problem conclusion
Rather then replace the old cookie string with any cookies coming in on the response. We will now merge the new/updated cookies, with the existing ones.
