Error description
Importing a CSV file with blank attribute values do not get set to the default attribute value in ReqPro client after completing the import wizard.
Local fix
Problem summary
When importing a CSV file that has one or more blank attribute values, Rational(R) RequisitePro(R) does not set them to the default attribute value after the import is complete, even though the attribute property (project property) shows there is a default value set. It leaves the attribute value as blank.
Problem conclusion
The CSV import logic has been changed to use the attribute defaults when the CSV value is blank or invalid.
Temporary fix
