Error description

  • The issue is with the CCRC user acceptance window for Add to Sou
rce not being in focus for the user Yes/No button operation, the
window title bar can been seen but can not be clicked on to be
brought into foucs. The window is waiting for the user to click
a Yes/No response and you can't get to it. A screenshis ot attac
hed and the specific steps for repro are a bit inolved, Kenneth
can provide specifics. This only happens when the CCRC adapter i
s installed since this is a Add to Source operation from the EJB
deployment editor. We have tried many user options such as movi
ng the wizard windows to the side (off screen) before the pop-up
shows and other worksplace config options with out luck.

    Here is partial repro steps:

    1. Press the add button on the 'Bean' tab of the EJB deployment
     descriptor editor
    2. Type in Bean name. Click Next. Select local interface, and u
ncheck remote (I don't think that this is the trigger, but its t
he use case that I'm using). Click Finish

    3. The Bean list will get updated and you will see the screen I
    show in
    ejb-rsa-cc-deadlock.png

    4. It will sit in this state indefinitely. The windows in the b
ack cannot be brought into focus unless the 'Create an Enterpris
e Bean' operation is stopped by pressing the red square box. At
which point, the 'Add Resources to Source Control' box will pop
    to the front and let
    one proceed.

I haven't actually observed any breakages in the resulting code,
but having to interrupt the process I started (EJB create) in m
idstream does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling.
