Error description

• Using Rational Application Developer V7005.
  Description of problem:
  forward an action in webdiagram in module does not work as expec
  ted.
  Gives error message : Link does not exist or link does not resol
  ve to  target
  
  
  Step to reproduce:
  1. create Dynamic  web project with struts capability.
  2. create a new  module (e.g. myModule)
  3. create a new Web  diagram (e.g. myDiagram)
  4. open  myDiagram
  
  5. add 2 struts  actions
  6. create a forward  link from one action to the other
  7. You will get  following error: Link does not exist or link do
  es not resolve to  target
  8. put the mouse pointer on struct actiosn and you get tool tip
  with the error
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The local forward between 2 actions in the non-default
  module was being assigned a path that incorrectly used the
  module.  This was corrected so that the module is only used
  when a change is module is being performed by the forward.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the local forward target path to use the module
  attribute only when necessary.
  
  Fix delivered in Rational Application Developer V7007.
