Error description

• WebSphere 6.1 toolkit on Linux. Try to export a CAR file for
  server and get this problem:

  any server process. Certain configuration and application
  operations will be available in local mode.

Problem conclusion

• The syntax for invoking the AdminTask.exportWasprofile or
  AdminTask.importWasprofile wsadmin tasks has been changed to
  use the following:
  
  AdminTask.exportWasprofile(['-archive','<path To CAR>'])
  AdminTask.importWasprofile(['-archive','<path To CAR>'])
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently scheduled for inclusion in
  the Rational Application Developer v7.0.0.7 and WebSphere
  Application Server Toolkit v6.1.1.7 fixpacks.  Please refer to
