  *                      Application Developer v6.0 to v7.0.     *

  The generationFolder attribute value in the .websphereDeploy
  file changes from the current value to ejbModule upon
  migrating from Rational Application Developer v6.0 to v7.0.
  

Problem conclusion

• The .websphereDeploy file will be migrated to a new file
  called com.ibm.etools.ejbdeploy.prefs to align with the
  Eclipse-based preference format.  During this migration all
  attributes will be migrated successfully to resolve the
  reported problem.  If backwards compatibility is enabled then
  both the .websphereDeploy and com.ibm.etools.ejbdeploy.prefs
  file will remain and synchronized; Otherwise, the
  .websphereDeploy file will be deleted.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently scheduled for inclusion in
  the Rational Application Developer v7.0.0.6 and WebSphere
  Application Server Toolkit v6.1.1.6 fixpack.  Please refer to
  the Recommended Updates page for WebSphere Application Server
