  Description of problem:
  J2EE Module Dependencies raise llegalArgumentException when the
  MANIFEST.MF of the Web project points to a not-existing JAR file
   in a existing subdirectory of the EAR and the editor is unable
  to open.

Local fix

Problem summary

• J2EE Module Dependencies raise llegalArgumentException when
  the MANIFEST.MF of the Web project points to a not-existing
  JAR file in a existing subdirectory of the EAR and the
  editor is unable to open.
  

Problem conclusion

• The editor should be able to open without an error.
