Local fix

Problem summary

  • Eclipse defect fixed in Eclipse 3.3:
    https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=176471

On windows platforms only, when compiling the command line,
etc to launch a given program, we 'correct' the PATH
variable to be prepended with the jre bin directory of the
chosen installed vm. We DO NOT modify the original path
variable in any way, and the lifecycle of the 'corrected'
PATH variable is that of the program being launched.

Problem conclusion

  • Delivered in Rational Application Developer V7.5 release.
