  Problem description:
  Opening a .xsd file from the workspace using the context menu Op
  en With-?In-Place Editor, the following error message is display
  ed:

  The dialog message was too cryptic, it is modified to be
  more meaningful.
  The new message says:  "This is probably because there is no
  OLE editor registered against the type of file you were
  trying to open".
  
  This issue occurs with other files with other extensions,
  and not only to .xsd files.
  

Problem conclusion

  Delivered in Rational Application Developer V7.5 release.
