  • Running a .jsp on a Portal 6 server within Rational Application
Developer V7003 causes an unconditional publish cycle to be star
ted even if no changes to the code has been saved in the project
 since the last publish.

Problem summary


    

  • We were adopting a conservative approach of skipping
publishing for a JSP/class file change and so in this case
it was going through the full publish cycle.
