Error description

• When attempting to create child requirements via the requiiremen
  ts wizard using a keyword, certain requirements are skipped.   T
  he steps to reproduce are below.
  Select a range of text in a document go to the requirements wiza
  rd under the RequisitePro requirements menu.  Next click on the
  set defaults button, click on the hierarchy tab and choose a par
  ent requirement.  Finally choose a keyword and let the wizard ex
  ecute
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Some requirements are not included when creating child
  requirements from a range of text in a document using a
  keyword in the New Requirements wizard.
  

Problem conclusion

• The New Requirements wizard now recognizes all requirements
  when creating child requirements from a keyword in a range
  of text.
