  This APAR introduces virtual indexes to DB2 V8. The Index
  Advisor feature in Optimization Expert v1.2 uses virtual
  indexes.
  
  The virtual indexes are managed in the table
  DSN_VIRTUAL_INDEX.
  
  
  Optimization Service Center does not use the virtual
  indexes feature.  The installation job DSNTIJOS included in
  this APAR is intended for use by both Optimization Service
  Center and Optimization Expert.
