Problem summary


    

  • Users with read-only permissions are not able to open a URL
link in Rational(R) RequisitePro(R) requirements. A security
permissions message is displayed.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Access to URL links is now based on read permissions rather
than write permissions.
