Error description

  • Using Rational Application Developer V7001.
FacesPortlet example and FacesPortlet SDO example won't run due
to having their default build paths pointing to the wrong direct
ory.

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • The Portlet projects are not able to run on server from
Rational Application Developer V7 if the Output Folder Path
is ?WebProject?/build/classes.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Now Portlets can be Run from either of path in Output Folder
i.e ?WebProject?/WebContent/WEB-INF/classes OR
?WebProject?/build/classes
Delivered in Rational Application Developer V7004.
