PK39634: Struts Configuration File Editor text box behaving erratically

Error description

• Using Rational Application Developer V7.0.0.1
  When opening struts-config.xml with Struts Configuration File Ed
  itor, go to Action Mapping ? Local Forwards ? Path: (one of the
  forward attributes). If you type the path name really fast then
  the cursor automatically jumps back to the beginning of the box.
   So typing something like /thetest.jsp might become lle.jsp/the.
   If you keep typing then the cursor would keep jumping back to t
  he beginning of the box.
  Problem can be reproduced by the following:

  e something in Path. Problem is also reproducible in the Display
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The cursor gets reset in text fields when typing too fast.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem was fixed by setting the cursor to the end of
  the text.
  Fix delivered in Rational Application Developer V7.0.0.3
