Local fix

Problem summary

• Some nodes are generated without prefixes in the resulting
  XML.
  The problem partly lies in the XML Generator which generates
  an invalid sample XML used for the mapping.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in the Rational Application Developer V7004 Mapping
  tool.
