  When a EJB project is deployed by AST it also will deploy the
  deployment descriptors. IF the project has been checked into
  ClearCase then these deployment descriptors will be read only

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: EJB Deploy fails on an EJB project      *

  EJB Deploy will fail when not connected to ClearCase and it is
  executed on a project that is checked into ClearCase.
  

Problem conclusion

• The cause of this is because the EJB deployment descriptors
  were being opened for write access and when saved it would
  fail since the deployment descriptor files are read-only.
  This fix will ensure that the EJB deployment descriptor file
  is opened for reading only.  The fix for this APAR is
  currently targeted for inclusion in WebSphere Applicaton
  Server Toolkit v6.1.1 fixpack 2 and Rational Software
  Development Platform v7.0.0 fixpack 2.  Please refer to the
