NullP
ointerException in the Web services wizard.  This is
likely caus
ed by deleted server runtime or changing server
adapter plugins
while using the same workspace.  Checks have
been put in place i
n the Web services plugin to guard
against processing null serve
r runtime or server runtime
type.
