Error description

• Environment:
  - OS (name, language, version or SP)
  Microsoft? Windows? XP SP2 with latest security patches
  - Product name (Build ID or version/patch level)
  IBM? Rational? License Server 7.0.0.0
  Reproducible Y/N: Y
  Problem Description:
  After installing the Rational License Server 7.0.0.0 on Windows
  XP Service Pack 2 with the latest security patches, the
  following errors are displayed at Windows startup:
  "lmgrd.exe - Application Error
  ---------------------------
  The instruction at "0x0013e859" referenced memory at
  "0x7c80996d". The memory could not be "written"."
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Update Windows XP to Service Pack 2 and update also to the
  latest security patches
  2. Install the IBM Rational License Server 7.0.0.0
  3. Restart Windows
  Expected Behaviour:
  No error message
  Actual Behaviour:
  Error message
  Disabling Windows Firewall does not help. The flexlm service
  does not get started.
