Error description

• A parallel build failed while a clearmake was attempting to enab
  le winkin of a derived object by creating a view-private directo
  ry to contain to DO. clearmake: Error: Unable to create director
  y: File exists. While clearmake does existence-check a directory
   path before attempting to create it, in a parallel build anothe
  r clearmake or abe process could make the same directory between
   our existence-check and the mkdir() call. If mkdir() fails with
   errno set to EEXIST, we should simply verify that the directory
   really can be accessed now, and if so, ignore the mkdir failure
  .
