Error description

  • When you try to add new annotations to a CM8 document as
    attachments from the Work Details page, the annotations
    associated with the CM8 document are not refreshed. Closing and
    reopening the document from the Work Details page also doesn't
    display the newly added annotations.
    
    This issue doesn't occur when the same CM8 document is added to
    the case in the Case Information widget.

Local fix

  • You can refresh the annotation contents for the CM8 document in
    the attachment widget in either of the following ways:
    
    -Right-click the document and select Refresh from the menu.
    -Close and reopen the Work Details page.
