Error description
IBM Business Automation Insights processes IBM Business Automation Workflow events to give you analytic capabilities on dashboards. This fix enables the Business Automation Insights feature on Business Automation Workflow V18.0.0.1 for case events. After you install this fix, you can enable Business Automation Insights to process case events from Business Automation Workflow. Also, you can capture work context as part of case events and then propagate it downstream to Digital Business Automation interactions so that Business Automation Insights can correlate all end-to-end business activities and use this knowledge in dashboards and other analytic environments.
