APAR status

Error description

  • In the Solution List view in Case Builder, each solution
    displays a value for the last modified date. Case Builder
    displays different values after a solution is closed from being
    edited compared to when the solution list is refreshed. This
    issue occurs only when the following assets are changed in a
    solution:
    
    -pages
    -views
    -task workflows
    
    Adding a property, a new role, or modifications to in-baskets
    does not lead to this issue.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that ensures Case Builder displays the modified date of a
    solution consistently because it no longer changes when the
    solution list is refreshed, only when a solution is closed, will
     be included in a future release of IBM Business Automation
    Workflow.
    
    Note: When a task workflow associated with a case type has been
    modified but not committed, the last modified date of a solution
    is not updated.
