This APAR updates the IBM SDK for Node.js - z/OS, V6.0 to match
community Node.js LTS v6.14.3 releases.  Cumulative fixes
included since PTF UI51561 are described at the following
links: https://nodejs.org/en/blog/release/v6.14.3 and
https://nodejs.org/en/blog/release/v6.14.3.

In addition, this APAR addresses an issue where Node.js
applications may experience an extended period of high CPU
consumption despite a reduction in incoming connection activity.

to match the revised components/content shipped by the Node.js
