Error description
In IBM Developer for z Systems 14.1, any client connection to CARMA Endevor using the feature to allow connections to multiple RAMs fails with the error: --- startup args:"NDVRC1 PGM(CRASERV) PARM(19819 420 EXIT=SYSI.IBM.HHOPE10.V14R1M0.SFELSAMP(CRAEXIT2) CLIENT=14.1 CONNECTION=UNKNOWN in the CARMA log. The connection ID is never passed. Connections using 9.1.1.5 and 14.0.x work.
Local fix
Problem summary
When using IDz 14.1 client, the user is not able to use multi-instance repository connections from the same RSE connection using CARMA
Problem conclusion
IDz 14.1 client is using a different package id that CARMA did not recognize. CARMA has been updated to recognize the new IDz 14.1 package id.
