Error description

• In Rational Developer for z Systems (RDz) v9.5.1.7, attempts to
  Add/Update Element to Endevor fail during "Preview JCL" with
  error: "Job submission failed, invalid Job Card."
  
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  - edit a big COBOL file from CA Endevor using enhanced edit
  - modify it
  - save it and select "Preview JCL" then OK
  - Error is raised
  
  (NullPointerException can be found on the Eclipse Console
  when enabled)

Problem conclusion

• Added a small pause to allow the server room to spin off the
  process to send the JCL.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.9 Fix Pack which
