PI98219: IBM DEVELOPER FOR Z SYSTEMS: IDZ 14.1 DOES NOT CORRECTLY GENERATE THE JCL WHEN VALUES ARE OVERRIDEN IN THE PROPERT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IBM Developer for z systems 14.1.
  When debugging batch application, the JCL is not correctly
  generated when values are overriden in the 'Run Tab' of the
  Property Group.
  The 'Additonal JCL part' is not added.
  
  Step to reproduce:
  - select a load module defined in a Z/OS Project
  - then add a load module USER.ZUNIT.LOAD(ECHO1.exe)
  - then right click Property Group >Override Properties
  - In the Run Tab, update the 'Additional JCL part' and save it
  - Right click on the module and Run 'As MVS BATH application'
  
  The generated JCL misses the added JCL part from the override
  step

Problem conclusion

• The Run As, Debug As and Code Coverage As MVS Batch Application
  actions were adjusted to correctly retrieve override before
  generating and submitting the JCL.
  
  This issue is fixed in the following products:
  IBM Developer for z Systems
  IBM Developer for z Systems Enterprise Edition
