  01.IDz's COBOL parser is incorrectly handling replacements in
     PIC clauses.
  02.IDz's CICS parser is incorrectly handling UCTRAN and
     NOUCTRAN options.
  03.CAM model population code incorrectly handled some WHEN
     expressions.
  04.Code coverage was not able to save the source for z/OS Unix
     Applications
  05.The code coverage collection was not able to match the line
     numbers as reported by the Debug Tool v13.1 engine.
  06.The debug engine is not correctly reporting the program flow
     for COBOL applications.
  

Problem conclusion

• 01.Modified COBOL parser to correctly handle replacements in
     PIC clauses.
  02.Modified CICS parser to correctly handle UCTRAN and NOUCTRAN
     options.
  03.Modified CAM population code to correctly handle WHEN
     expressions.
  04.Code coverage was updated to handle the path names for z/OS
     Unix files.
  05.Code coverage was updated to handle situations where the
     debug engine reports executable and stopping lines
     incorrectly.
  06.Code coverage was updated to insert the missing program flow
     items (sections, paragraphs) in COBOL code coverage results.
